Because certain people said it wasn't supported. People like you need to stop making narcissist gaslighting type statements made in a broadside manner. One scientist doesn't speak for all, and a nonChristian doesn't speak for all Christians or an atheist speak for all atheists nor does a MERE consensus tell you what is true as near everyone is a sin addict and compromised by Satan.
