The FAA and airlines are violating Federal law
All the focus is on YOU wearing a mask. But this is a distraction. The big violation of federal law is by the FAA and the airlines in allowing vaccinated pilots to operate the plane.
I hate all the nagging whenever I fly that I have to wear a mask. This is nonsensical because the randomized trials all show that masks make no difference (unless you are wearing a P100 respirator or better).
This seems to be a distraction though, because the serious violation is being done by the FAA and airlines themselves in allowing pilots who have been vaccinated with the experimental vaccine to fly. That’s prohibited under federal law.
This was very clearly brought to the attention of the FAA and airlines three and a half months ago on December 15, 2021:
Their response: crickets.
At a minimum, I suggest that the next time you board a plane, point out to the flight attendants that the plane is being operated in violation of federal law.
Time for a TRO?
I guess it is time to file for a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction in Federal court to prohibit these vaccinated pilots from flying. I am happy to fund this. It’s the right thing to do.

Be careful voicing any form of disapproval or dissent! An American Airlines crew out of ABQ definitely enjoyed kicking me and my two children off our flight last week. We complied with masking, but because I voiced my displeasure at their over zealous attitude about fit (they were complaining about the masks falling below the nose on my two kids) they swiftly responded by saying were were no longer able to fly with them. It’s was completely unnecessary. My daughter was crying, I was trying to make sense of their justification, the entire situation felt manufactured.
The worst part was when I asked the passengers around me if they thought this was “okay” to forcibly remove a mother and her two children
like this – and the majority of those who responded yelled, “Yes! Get off! You weren’t wearing your mask!”
This was deep blue Albuquerque so I guess I’m not surprised.
Unfortunately, I learned first hand that it’s not just about complying (because we did), it’s about silencing and punishing vocal dissent too.

I’ve been flying for 35 years, (commercial and corporate). In the past an airman could risk suspension of medical if an inadvertent medication was prescribed by a physician (not knowing prohibited medications or amounts). I got a nasty letter years ago for taking in access of 20mg of prednisone daily for a brief period.
What is happening here is appalling. It’s like every agency has been bought off or threatened for speaking out. Powerful forces are at work here.
