The main problem is that almost all scientific journals require "ethical approval" (I could try to arrange it for you but may take time). In my opinion, no ethical approval should be expected in this case but my opinion does not matter. It is better to obtain it but often, the committee is practicing censorship. I wonder if with the "ethics" in place eLife or Nature Communications would publish it.
In fact, I wish to express my lamenting that such valuable finding may not be published by exercising ridiculously stupid "regulations" invented to block the public from inconvenient truth. My statistical advisor is an achieved researcher and will not hesitate to express the truth whatever it is coming from your data.

For 25+ years parents have asked, even suspected, that vaxxxines are responsible for the severe uptick in autism. The answer was always, “Of course not! We just have better ways to detect it now”. BS!! Big Pharma has destroyed our children!! Some so severely damaged they will live out their days in institutions.
