It may be helpful to be more specific, and say that the Hep B and DTaP shots given during the first six months of life cause autism. It forces the other side to respond with greater specificity. They can't cite an MMR study to rebut your claim.
As a matter of fact, MMR vaccine is given to older babies (15 months) and does not contain aluminum. It is not likely to cause autism (unless accompanied by Tylenol for pain and fever relief).
OTOH, the Hep B and DTaP shots are given to younger babies (0-6 months), and also contain aluminum. Some studies have shown a significant correlation between these shots and autism. (RFK Jr. often mentions them.)
A few years ago I had a patient tell me directly that she noticed an abrupt change in behavior and demeanor after her adopted ( now autistic ) child was given the MMR vax at a very young age ( this happened decades ago ), similar to Dr. Wakefield's statements about parents who came to his practice when he was in England.
Too many people get paid off and anyone that does will never admit vaccines cause autism. It’s so apparent! Parents need to stand up for their precious children and all stop getting their kids vaccinated. If everyone does this they won’t close schools. Pediatricians will need those patients to survive and government will not be able to do anything. Time to fight back!

All vaccines are toxic poisons. The ingredient inserts tell us that. There are ingredients in vaccines that do not need to be mentioned in the inserts. Who knows exactly what those are? They are said to be proprietary information, company specific. These are claims made by big pharma so you know there is something in those vaccines.
The body does not like poisons. There are 8-10 methods the body uses to rid itself of toxins and poisons. Obviously, this is an extremely important function of the body. The vaccine machine is a die hard to-the-death cult of money hungry fools. The fate of your child is of NO fricking concern to these monsters of murder.
You have to understand the medical mindset ( I am an MD ) - because some of them worked extremely well ( e.g. smallpox, polio ) it has been extrapolated to ALL of the others, and the downside risk has been basically ignored, or a cause and effect negative association is just glossed over.

I don't remember any odd behaviour, any teacher treating any boy or girl in class differently. I may have had whatever was the diphtheria vaccine in the late 1940s but that was it. Children are sensitive to the natures of other children, we know the brainy ones, the naughty ones. I remember my parents saying that some boy was illegitimate. A mystery to me as he seemed totally normal. We evolved to be healthy. If we are not healthy the first question has to be – what in the environment has changed. It does not make sense to have so many novel interventions.
I am an MD and grew up in a moderately dense urban area in Philadelphia in the 50s and 60s. I do not remember any chronically sick kids. Maybe we talked about a rare kid who was 'retarded' or just 'slow'. And for those who do not quite 'get it'........we treat illness with the methods we know, whether medicines or surgery. We do not keep anyone 'healthy'......that is the individuals' job........and they know ( usually ) what they need to do......but we all have our flaws and excesses.....who doesn't like pizza and beer????

He had caught polio (i.e. DDT poisoning) but apart from that there were no sick kids. Plenty of kids had problems because their parents were divorced (big shame) and on.
I have avoided vaccines and doctors for over 50 years. I never take medications. I am fine with no chronic diseases. Half of American kids under 18 have at least one chronic disease.
Doctors are not interested in studying healthy people. They get paid for sickness. If they were paid for keeping people healthy, their narrative would be quite different. And most doctors would over time have to find another profession.
I was married to an excellent GP for 18 years. She has a private practice in Australia. She poisoned herself and our 2 daughters. They won't forgive me for giving them good advice.
My 2 best friends now ignore me. Because I told them to not take the Covid toxin. They did not listen to me. It is all my fault or so it seems.
I know Stowe School because I have visited Stowe Gardens. We are connected in a lot of ways. We had family friends who escaped East Pakistan in 1970. They were in a refugee camp in India before coming to the UK where the father then worked at Harwell on radiation instrumentation. They had an infant daughter who developed polio in the camp. Only recently did it occur to me that the camp must have been well sprayed with DDT to kill mosquitoes. About that same time in the 1970s I remember going round the house in Calcutta in the evening with a Flit spay. Our mistakes should stop when we know better. One of the things that I often bring up when people talk about infectious disease is that there about 2000 new chemicals created each year. They may not be acute toxins but many are likely to cause slow disease progression because we don’t have the enzymes to metabolize them.
My father had a factory in Cairo. He mixed DDT and ground it with talc to dilute it and make it stick to leaves of plants.
Twice, I was very ill as a small kid. Almost died once. Doctors said typhoid and paratyphoid.
My younger brother and mother never fell ill. They never visited the factory. Older brother. Father and I visited. All 3 had "typhoid" at different times.

Doctors are not interested in studying healthy people. They get paid for sickness. If they were paid for keeping people healthy, their narrative would be quite different. And most doctors would over time have to find another profession.
While many people are drawn to become doctors out of a desire to heal and cure, sadly the incentives of $$ is what creates the large demand.
