I fully understand losing faith in the medical profession. Ten years ago I got the worse case of the flu I’ve ever had even tho I was vaccinated for the flu. I was sick for over 2 months. My doctor put me on different meds for persistent fever, cough etc. I told him one day that one of the meds he gave me was making me feel funny. He told me that it wasn’t the meds. Well after I got off the phone I took my next dose and wound up in the ER. I thought I was dying. The ER doc said it was an adverse reaction to one of the drugs but he didn’t know which one and to stop them all. After about three days I started shaking uncontrollably and stopped sleeping. I would go 3 days without closing my eyes. My doc put me on sleeping pills, Ativan etc. I was losing weight and was in a constant stupor. After 2 months I was not better and getting worse. I felt like I was dying and nobody was helping me. My physician finally told me he was sending me to a psychiatrist. Because I was suffering from depression and anxiety. Duh! Go days without sleep. I told him good cause if I was going to be told I was crazy. I wanted to be told that I was crazy by a doc who knew what crazy was. Thank God the psychiatrist that saw me was a pharmacist before becoming a psychiatrist. She knew in 5 mins that one of the meds had messed up my nervous system. She explained the para sympathetic and the sympathetic, and enteric of the nervous system. Well it took me a year to get to a somewhat normal state. After that I no longer take a medication unless I’m going to die without it. And then I have to have a come to Jesus moment. I stopped the flu vaccine too.

My mother also had the worst flu she ever had, after being convinced to take the flu shot. This was years before Covid hit.

I suffered (still suffering) from an injury caused by a common BP med. The MD who prescribed it has no suggestions for how to get better. No more drugs for me, period.

I hope you get better soon. I don’t know what your injuries are but grounding helped me immensely. In fact I ground everyday. It’s part of my daily routine. It helps with balancing your nervous system, BP, natural blood thinner. That’s just a few of the benefits. There is a great book on it from a Cardiologist, Stephen Sinatra on Earthing.

That is the lesson. Do not take Drugs. Docs killed my mother and father, so saying no to the jab until more data was ingrained. Unfortunately for big Pharma my mother died from long term use of Tagamet. Drug was on the market 20 some years.

Thanks for sharing. Yes, the goal is to avoid all drugs. Can’t trust any so-called ‘data’.

Best med is some exercise, outdoors, healthy eating, spiritual, friends and family.
