Still time to advise OSHA what to do
Should employers require vaccination without any other option? Comments close on Dec 6.

NOTE: They extended the deadline to January 19th 2022 literally 3 hours after I made my post!
In a nutshell, OSHA believes that:
Face coverings work and should be used.
COVID recovered people who have not been fully vaccinated still face a grave danger from workplace exposure to SARS-CoV-2.
They should impose a strict vaccination mandate ( i.e., all employers required to implement mandatory vaccination policies as defined in this ETS) with no alternative compliance option.
I believe:
The scientific evidence (Danish mask study, Bangladesh mask study) shows that face coverings are completely ineffective.
COVID recovered people should be exempt from all rules. If COVID recovered people are re-infected, they don’t get hospitalized, don’t die, and don’t spread the virus to others. The CDC has no counter-examples.
The vaccines kill more people than they save for all age groups according to the VAERS data. And even in Pfizer’s own study, there were significantly more deaths in the vaccine group than then in the placebo group. There is ZERO scientific evidence the vaccines save lives when you are looking for a reduction in all cause mortality. Businesses should BE PROHIBITED from requiring vaccination.

Basic question: SINCE ALL OF THE CASE COUNTS ARE BASED ON FLAWED PCR TESTING, WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO PRETEND THAT ANY OF THESE NUMBERS ARE REAL AND MEANINGFUL? AND "THEY" ALSO PRETEND TO KNOW WHICH VARIANT IS PRESENT IN EACH PERSON...HOW DO THEY KNOW? THE PREMISES ARE FATALLY FLAWED...
So, I went over there to leave a quick comment and instead wrote a short novel. I thought it came out pretty well, so thought I'd share. Thoughts?
"Enforcement of these unscientific, punitive measures against those who would prefer to maintain their bodily autonomy is not only morally and ethically bankrupt, it is a waste of time and resources.
Studies and data have repeatedly shown the ineffectiveness of mask mandates to prevent the spread or severity of the virus.
An increasing body of evidence continues to support the idea that natural immunity provides far superior protection against infection, negative outcomes of infection, and communicability of the virus. The inoculations, on the other hand, continue to be shown to be less and less effective against infection, outcomes and spread.
There are significant, ever increasing, concerns about the safety of the inoculations themselves. Study after study shows increases in all sorts of maladies in those who've gotten the shots. Reported injuries, directly linked to the shots, are exploding. Many, many individuals and families are experiencing this, and we've almost certainly only just begun to see the fallout to come. The complete lack of information about the long-term health consequences of these treatments is a particularly valid reason to hesitate in their use, and this alone should disqualify them from any sort of mandated use at this time.
Furthermore, this activity should not even fall under the purview of OSHA. Dividing the resources of OSHA to police this newly minted criminal class will certainly stretch them beyond the point of functionality. Wasting time, energy and money on enforcing the segregation of people based on this demonstrably benign medical choice will distract from addressing actual workplace safety hazards, and will undoubtedly result in more harm than it prevents.
Finally, the arbitrary enforcement and timeline of these policies reveal their true nature. Why would the employees in businesses with fewer than 100 employees be magically exempt from catching or spreading the virus? If this is such an emergency, why has it taken several months to roll out this policy? There is no scientific basis for any of this. This is not about health, this is ONLY about punishing those who prefer not to have decisions regarding serious life choices dictated by bureaucracy. The predictable outcome of this sort of policy will be to destroy more lives, impoverish more families, and inflict greater social and economic chaos and inequity. By enforcing this, OSHA is assisting in the creation and policing of an entrenched "medical apartheid" state, completely counter to the ideals of the United States of America and in direct opposition to the ability of individuals to pursue happiness and prosperity. This will result in oppression and unrest and untold suffering. I implore you to cease the pursuit of this short-sighted, wildly irresponsible and destructive policy."
