1. The cases reported in the literature are all IDENTICAL TWINS. These were FRATERNAL twins of different sexes which greatly diminishes any genetic tendency to just suddenly die after a shot.
2. The mother's story has some major inconsistencies.
3. The medical records have not been published.
THERE IS INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE AND TESTIMONY HERE TO CONCLUDE THAT THE MOTHER DID OR DID NOT INTENTIONALLY KILL THESE BABIES.
So many parents were falsely prosecuted for shaken baby syndrome when it was vaccines causing severe siesures that mimiced shaken baby syndrome. All to protect the lie that vaccines are safe and effective.

Unfortunately the Idaho Board of Medicine does not consider it "clinical practice" to testify in court.
So a physician can exert any interpetation of the "facts" without any medicolegal jeopardy.
