One of the stories was about Twin girls, can’t recall if they were identical twins or fraternal twins. Now she might be tried and executed(!) as punishment for her thus far untold sufferings. Meanwhile another hypothetical nine-months-pregnant mother carrying twin boys could elect to visit the nearest Planned Parenthood arbortuary and deliberately choose to have the unborn twins brutally killed by abortion — and NO ONE would be in legal jeopardy. I have a difficult time absorbing all this: It makes no sense, and it scarcely bespeaks justice — for anyone.
In the original trial the Judge disallowed the jury from hearing the fact that Sally's baby son Harry had been vaccinated only hours before his death. The judge heard from expert witnesses - in camera- that the DTP vaccine could not possibly have caused or contributed to his death.

There needs to be an establishment of expert witnesses, credentialed in the relevant medical fields, armed with databases and statistical analyses dealing with these types of cases, that can be used by defense counsels across the country. Further, their education should make them familiar with the tricks pharma and pharma operatives use in contorting data.
Considering the widespread damage that is being done, and has been done, the wealth of the pharma industry, the liability incurred by governments in misguided indictments and convictions, there's a lot of money to made in this large niche.

The ICD code for deaths due to “prophylactic immunization” was deleted in 1979 after being in use for 6-8 years. Corporate medicine bears a lot of the fault too; not just the front line staff.
