Not strictly on the topic, but within 12 hours of watching Gert Vanden Bossche predicting a variant will develop the capability to invade human cells without need of the ACE2 receptor, researchers have found that Omicron can do just that, entering via endesomes in the cell wall. It also doesn't rely on an enzyme MSS***? prevalent in lung tissue cells, so can infect in the nose and mouth. Touche Gert!

In regard to the Hopkins study, besides the “not peer reviewed” and “not epidemiologists” attacks, people have accused the authors of overlooking hundreds of studies that prove “lockdowns work” and that the process of selecting the studies to conclude that “lockdowns caused more harm than benefits” were biased. Basically authors were cherry picking studies and biasing the whole method part.

For me, however, I don’t need a frigging study to tell me that imprisoning people for over two years has short and long term costs, and benefits are not worth that cost, especially in the face of an airborne virus.

I very much appreciate your quoting my public comments and doing such an excellent write up of this week's SC County BOS COVID agenda topic. Thanks for helping publicize these inhuman injustices, & the faulty selective science of the county's health orders, public positions, contrived data sets and presentations. More significantly, thanks for helping amplify the many hours of ongoing heartbreaking public testimonies and outcries of these meetings, which largely go unreported, un-analyzed, and which are tragically not even responded to.

With great appreciation, Mike Rodgers

Can we all file a complaint via this link against Dr. Sara Cody? That's what I just did.

Steve, thank you for the article. I don't live in SCC but I do live in San Mateo county. If this rule creates a shortage of first responders in SCC, it is NOT ok for our own first responders to be called in to help during an emergency. What SCC does could very well affect the safety of neighboring counties.

Well, well, well.... the conspiracy theorist were right once more.

Autopsy report confirms Bob Saget was Covid POSITIVE at the time he died from a BRAIN BLEED a month after he took his booster clot shot.... but medical examiner says "it did not play a part in his death" and that he died by an 'accidental fall' that fractured his skull.

Seriously? His booster vaccine induced brain bleed did not cause his death.... How desperate are they?

At some point it will be realized by someone who has lost everything and is "unbalanced" that being nice and civil against an uncivil group is not going to effect change. When they do lose it and lash out, that act will be used by, in this case the BOS, to militarize the county. Of course the DHS and DOJ (not to waste a crisis) will step in at that point and penalize the entire country further entrenching the tyranny. It's as if that is what they really want. Frankly, it shocks me that it has not happened yet. It speaks highly of our citizens.

My family moved out of Santa Clara county last year, to a state that is more welcoming to us. It’s a magical place where I can go to a yoga studio and practice while breathing freely. There are people and places I miss in CA. I do not miss Dr. Sarah Cody.

They’re morons here in the Bay Area. Marin has a vax rate that’s ridiculously high. It is utterly perplexing they don’t see the vax ain’t working. At all. I know plenty boostered sick people here.

I will apologize up front if I offend, but we have allowed our governing bodies and the medical profession to operate like a Mandarin class. We nearly have a two caste society: technocrats and the knuckle scrapers.

The Mandarin are not to be questioned. I was at a city planning commission this week - yes another protest I participate in - and one the planning commissioners, double masked with cloth covering, halted the meeting and single of us out "We wear masks at these meetings and I am disturbed that you are not complying." One of us left to fetch a mask, we remained and did not comply. Minutes later, another commissioner, red faced and aspirating heavily, had to stop in mid-sentence. "I can't breath and talk at the same time".

I shouted out "Take off your mask, we're fine with it."

It's time to ACTIVELY resist this nonsense, in bellicose ways. People were shocked into this neurotic crap, and a little cold water in the face to awaken them is in order. Otherwise they will continue to "rule" as the elite Mandarin did.

Steve, you should show up to one of those meetings in PPE with the P100 mask, then proceed to lecture how unsafe they are with cloth masks. It would jar them into realizing how silly this behavior is.

I think one of your earlier guests you’ve had on before Alix Mayer would be a great candidate for a debate with Dr. Cody. I’d pay to see those fireworks.
