People who claim VAERS is unreliable are wrong. We see evidence all the time from the direct observation of doctors who are paying attention of absurdly high rates of adverse events.

Your article says the numbers cannot be questioned because they are published in the BMJ. But I’m confused by the conclusion of that cited publication, which reads thus:
“The safety profiles of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in patients with I-RMD was reassuring and comparable with patients with NI-RMDs. The majority of patients tolerated their vaccination well with rare reports of I-RMD flare and very rare reports of serious AEs. These findings should provide reassurance to rheumatologists and vaccine recipients and promote confidence in SARS-CoV-2 vaccine safety in I-RMD patients.”
Thank you for finding this Dr. and letting us hear what he has been personally dealing with. Keep digging. I just watched Shawshank Redemption. There is justice, when you keep on digging and bring it to the surface! Like a pot of homemade soup being stirred and skimming off the scum at the top so the nourishment can be served.
Given that the Government admits that the Rubella vaccine causes Rheumatoid arthritis and will compensate for it through the Vaccine court, I find it astonishing that the Rheumatoid specialist would say that other vaccines have not contributed to this condition.

The August article from the link seems like a deception of words... Please tell me if the Pfizer vaccines are really approved. My understanding is that the same stuff is in the "Comirnaty" label and is approved and that it is unavailable in the US, but that the Pfizer here is not approved except for EUA.
Comirnaty is almost same thing and has been approved. It is only available outside of the USA. If they made it available in the US they would open themselves up to lawsuits hence they only offer the original EUA pfizer shot. They declare that it is fully approved while giving you the original. It's all quite confusing.
Wait until people figure out that they don't have an immune system and that they and their kids are sterile. That's the only way to make a virus deadly--weaken the body's immune capability. Forbid exposure to the sun that produces vitamin D. Viruses are weak sauce and a normal healthy immune system can cope with them easily.

There are likely a lot of people who get the vaccine and have a fairly mild adverse event and never report it to anyone.
