Conclusion of the book: Proper analysis is based on providing the decision maker with reliable conclusions from the data. That includes conclusions that the data provides no reliable results for the decision maker. Before any analysis, one needs to understand everything about the data collection, and the question that caused the collection of data.
Often, visual results in the form of graphs, histograms, etc., are the good ways to present the results.

Her coice of a yound teen held his attention . It came with books with sliding windows, color coded videos for the books, flash cards and many other types of materials. $140. Andre could read 70 words by 2! Like unbrella, rhinoceros, etc. Telling you this because it must of helped with the frontel lobe repairs from the bioweapon damage. Andre just graduated High School with honors. Still a high functioning autistic. Will never drive. Living back with his Mom and stepdad since 8 years old. As we age, we are constantly worried for his future. His Mom is 40. Who will care for these children as the grandparents die and parents age? And the signs of America falling, well…

Everywhere she went, in every K-12 school across the US, kids with all types of learning disabilities were lumped together for group school babysitting when they couldn't be incorporated into regular classrooms. Schools were desperate and often had limited budget.
This Special Ed. teacher told me that she heard the same story repeated by parents everywhere she went: "My child was fine until they got the vaccine." Parents often whispered this and then invalidated themselves, repeating what their Doctors said to them.
Sometimes the disasters came with the first vaccine, sometimes the 10th, but always the parents' concerns were invalidated by their doctors. Without exception. It was a reflex. They were often threatened with removal of services or peer pressure, as if they were bad parents. It was rarely, if ever, documented. Occasionally, parents succumbed to avoid direct threats of being blamed for child abuse or losing custody of their children, etc. Mostly it was manipulation by threat of being viewed as a bad parent if they questioned their "all-knowing" Doctors wisdom, and societal circles openly reinforced it. By 1986, the poisoning was protected with "legal immunity" meaning the only ones who had immunity were the manufacturers! It was a dark day.
The vaccine damage was written off collectively as an "Act of God" relieving parental guilt, and submitting to a mainstream Doctor was the "proof" parents were good and did everything right. Mainstream "cut and drug" medicine had all the hallmarks of a tribal religion (priests, sacraments, sacrifices, approved behaviors, brutal punishments, ostracizing for disobedience, approved interpretations of omens & ill fortune, labeling questions as evil, etc.)
Whether it was SIDS, mental retardation, or some other random problem that ruined lives, submitting to a "white coat" was the way a parent was absolved of guilt and still in the club.
