They can use this technology to insert the peptides via vaccination. They put them in DNA plasmids. The plasmids highjack e coli bacteria in the gut, using it as a host to produce the peptides. All of this is documented on pubmed, and it's mentioned in the mRNA US patent. The DOD funded the research leading to this technology, and they use military contractors to produce the mRNA vaccines. They hired Pfizer and Moderna to put their names on the products. This is what I recall from my own research which was done after the COVID vaccines were rolled out.
