The journals, clinical dispatches, medical reporting even some mainstream news reporting remarkable coagulopathies or 'clotting syndromes' the first year prior to any vaccine ever being available. The discussion about whether anti-coagulants such as aspirin, heparin, warfarin, etc. were advisable or therapeutic, and if so, which to select, or would make the syndrome worse, began early 2020 when Spain and Italy were getting hammered before the USA.
