I mentioned on this site awhile back, regarding Dr Meryl Nass I think, that unlike state licensing offices the Boards are not government organizations enjoying some degree of immunity; they are private organizations and can be sued.
While I’m very excited this is happening, I realize that it will be difficult if not impossible to stop the killing machine the cartel has so carefully built over the last century. Their goal is to get rid of as many of us as they can and they won’t let us tear down and expose their agenda.
Does this not have implications/ parallels for AAP on gender affirming non-care which envelopes social psychology and psychiatry? Granted that those areas of childhood development are harder to study. Nature vs nurture being what it is. A thought I have been pondering; the nature of psychological harm that purchased insurance seems to be. I sense that society needs to retain the knowledge that life is a crap shoot and this law suite will get that ball rolling. Much love and respect for what all of you are suffering. I rarely comment on anything, it’s just not the conservative mindset except when founding principles are concerned, but I was so moved by the prospect of relief from extreme distress you(collective you) will bring about. Ignorance is not bliss; a profound falsehood.
this is incredible and yet so obvious that this should be done. Racketeering and conspiracy is exactly what they've been doing for decades. If we had punishment to fit the crime, they'd all be skinned alive and then drawn and quartered. Moreover, if we really did have punishment to fit the crime and they knew they could face horrific punishment, this racketeering and conspiracy may never have happened, and millions of children might not have been harmed.

I pray that they win this lawsuit. My daughter went to Georgetown. She’s an RN in a step down Nicu unit and she believes that AAP wholeheartedly. She has three little girls and I keep begging her not to give them all these vaccines, but she has been brainwashed by the system. I understand it and I don’t blame her because she wants to believe in her field of work. I have tried so many times. maybe if this wins, she will start to believe me. I’m sure she figures I’m just a mom. What do I know?

To me it’s clear that truth is far more powerful than the lies.
I haven’t yet read “The Book of Heaven” by Katie and Huston Asher, but some of the quotes that Katie has shared of Huston’s insights are very encouraging that all who are standing for truth are going to save us. Huston is a vaccine injured speller, and like other autistic children and adults, he always speaks the truth.
I wonder whether Huston and his mom Katie can be of any direct help to the lawsuit? In any case, they’ll continue helping in their own steadfast, intelligent, courageous, creative and inspiring way. We are incredibly fortunate that they’re here with us too.
