I'm getting a lower response rate to this survey than I've gotten for other surveys. Is that it is a holiday? the survey is too long? or is asking for too much info?

Know the vaccine injured? What an understatement. Here is what I know:

Observed over about 20 hours accompanying an ill family member in the hospital over perhaps 5 visits from late March through early May of 2021:

1. ~ April 15: A seizure in the ER waiting room. Patient was in a wheelchair. ~40 year old woman.

2. ~May 10 In the ER: likely myocarditis or pericarditis. ~20 yo woman with severe symptoms. Spoke with her mom on the phone -very scared. I watched them admit her.

3. Late March: shared patient room. Woman in 70s with tremors so severe her voice wavered significantly. Her husband reassured her that they were safe from covid because they had completed their 2nd dose a couple of weeks ago.

4. April, in ER: ~ 40 year old woman with unexplained little bruises all over her body. Literally dozens or even several hundred.

5. April: Waiting room of primary care physician. I spoke with a woman in her 50s who couldn't raise either arm above her shoulders after her second dose.

Note how the ages and dates correspond with the vaccination campaign in the U.S.

Now on two second order information, but mostly about people I've met at some point.

6. Young friend's mom (in her 50s) - new diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis a couple of months after her second dose.

7. Another young friends's mom (in her 50s) - vestibular disequilibrium after 2nd dose so bad she could not drive. Resolved enough to live mostly normally within a few months, but then a relapse that resolved in a month or two.

8. Father-in-law's next door neighbor (69) - new diagnosis of Parkinson's-like syndrome within a month of dose 2.

9. Brother of a friend (70) - stroke - hospitalization and rehab required.

10. Friend of mom =(80?) - mini stroke causing temporary blindness in one eye.

11. Daughter's therapist (39) Died on May 2, ,2022. Had been dealing with several illnesses for the past year.

12. My sister-in-law. Possible heart issues, arm pain, neuropathy after dose 3. No diagnosis made. Resolved (as best I know) on it's own in about a month.

I have met 6, 7 and 8 and know 12 very well.
