Real vitamin A is required for many processes in the body (NOT beta carotene!), including activation of vitamin D, and the health of the skin and eyes.
Vitamin E is actually a group of eight substances and all are important, serving antioxidant functions, especially for fat molecules. Vitamin C requires vitamin E to "recycle" its antioxidant capacity after it is "used up" by donating its two electrons to neutralize free radicals: vitamins C and E work together to protect the body— a true "dynamic duo"!

A and E does nothing - beyond placebo. Get you minerals only from fresh raw whole foods and water.

I gotcha! I think I don’t take it because I was having surgery and I was told to stop taking it. I can order some…thanks for the information!
