People I have known personally. One was a 35 yr old, athletic male who dropped dead at his son's T-ball game three days after his second Pfizer shot. Autopsy revealed he was full of blood clots. One was the husband of one of my patients who got his first shot, and felt terrible, but his doctor said it would be fine to get the second. Within hours, he had a raging headache, and felt generally terrible. That was on a Friday. Monday he lost consciousness, and by Wednesday, he was dead of organ failure. Another was my patient. Two weeks after she got her second shot, she started feeling sick. She went from feeling bad in the morning, to being on a ventilator by that night, and died three days later. The vented her to try to get her o2 up, but that is difficult when your veins and arteries are full of clots. The last was a friend of a friend, but someone I had met, same thing, full of blood clots.
