I am in NZ and it is horrible to keep on finding more and more people with unusual health problems, it is most noticeable in the younger people who should be in prime health, rather than my older cohort. The only good thing is there have been far less deaths than the most dramatic predictions anticipated, perhaps the human body is capable of full recovery. Despite the huge amount of propaganda and economic coercion forcing the jab on to us about 1 in every 6 of us resisted.

I would add "eat pasture-raised" meat to your list.... not being at all biased being an organic beef producer! Spending my life working outside fixes the D3 and active suggestions, and the vegie garden and fruit trees solves the rest.
Well done for standing firm to your convictions in the face of adversary. It was easy for people like me working on the farm we avoided the lockdowns entirely and just kept on going as per usual. None of the people I work with got the jab, there's something about spending 20 years of your life proving you have not used GE products that made us resistant to the idea of beng injected wiht smething that not only used GE in the manufacturing process but also acted as gene-therapy in the body! The downside is I have almost a sense of shame and survivor guilt that while a lot of people I know either lost their jobs over mandates or accepted with huge reluctance and fear, I got off without cost apart from irritating a few online trolls. What a horrible, divisive time it was.
