How was the categorisation done here, re 'unvaccinated', 'vaccinated twice', etc? Can we rule out the too-common practices of categorising those who died not long after their first jab as 'unvaccinated', those who died shortly after their third jab as 'vaccinated twice', etc??

yes, you can rule that out. they don't play that game in NZ.
