He could only become a Scout after turning 11 in February of 1953. He would have to have earned 2nd Class and then First Class and that would have taken 6 months though most take 12 months to do that. Then he would have to attain the Star rank and he would have to be at that rank before moving to Life and the Life for another 6 months and many merit badges before being eligible for Eagle Scout.
It is obvious to me that Michael Bloomberg is a habitual liar and is way past his prime.
