I have a friend who had a small stroke about 4 weeks after the J&J. The doctors at the hospital discovered numerous blood clots. She is younger without any prior health issues which is why she ignored earlier signs of complications after receiving the vaccine. The doctors were the ones who said the vax caused it. My understanding is they did report it in VAERS. She was told she was "one in a million". After the vaccine rollout began, I only asked about 3 dozen people if they had any adverse reactions. I find it more than coincidental that I happened to come across one of the "one in a million" people.
One of my sisters had a bad reaction to the JJ shot. Her platelets went sky high and then she started having spontaneous bruises/petechiae on her feet. Another sister has dizziness after the Moderna shot, she's afraid it's MS. In my circle I know lots of these 1 in a millions.

"One in a million" is a Bernaysian public relations phrase. Originally used for flattery.
