They are alleging that the banning of ivermectin and interference in the Doctor/Patient treatment regimen by Federal Bodies oversteps such Bodies' legal authorities, as these decisions belong to the States individually, as the Attorney Generals of Nebraska, New Hampshire et al who have defied the FDA/HHS and allowed their States' Doctors to prescribe ivermectin and HCL so eloquently attest....
