Part of this will be analysis of data, but if you're looking to make a case you're either looking for experienced prosecutors or experienced criminal defense attorneys. I'm the latter, every case I got, I did more investigation than the cops did, because, to be honest, you have to prove that your client is innocent, regardless of the idea that prosecutors have to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Half of the cases I took to trial I won - and you're not supposed to win any, because the prosecutor can pick his cases. After a while, the prosecutors became very easy to deal with - if you had the goods on their case, it didn't take much to get them to drop it, or reduce felony counts to misdemeanors. Defense attorneys and prosecutors know about standards of proof, and how to examine evidence, and how to get it, and what kind of evidence is admissible in court - and to be honest, this is a lot more than just winning a bet, it needs to go farther than that. And yeah, I know about the PREP Act, that's a big reason I stayed far away from the vax. Proving willful intent to do harm would have been difficult at first, but after the first three months, I think it will be a lot easier, because ignoring evidence of lethal harms isn't recklessness, nor is it negligence. There's fiduciary duty involved, and standards of care, and a bunch of other things, too... Contact me through my substack - my email is on the "About" page or just leave a comment.
