This from my NCM at ins co:

I spoke with an Envolve pharmacy coordinator. There has been a plan change for the 2022 year. There is now a plan limit for Ivermectin, it can only be filled once every 60 days.

Such BS.

Too bad Dr. Kory did not have such success. https://pierrekory.substack.com/p/saturday-night-fight-at-the-pharmacy?

Some folks on Pierre Kory's site don't know about this letter. Pharmacists will keep playing games until they get a letter like this with their name on it.

I have been able to get hydrocloroquine easily as I have had it for arthritis for several years. Firmly believe in it.

Brilliant. Thanks for posting this, Steve. And godspeed to Dr. Tyson.

Thank you. Will forward to my doctor. I've been having the same issue.

I love the closing: "Fail not at your peril, as the next letter will be a formal notice of intent to sue. Thank you."

Small world. I used to work on La Jolla Blvd in La Jolla, CA. I probably have driven past their offices without realizing it.

My prescription for Ivermectin was happily filled at my local CVS -- my pharmacist is from INDIA.

The lawyer's letter includes the line "ivermectin oral tablets are used worldwide for treatment of certain parasitic infections. SARS-CoV-2 (which causes COVID-19) is such a parasitic infection." Then it goes on to describe bacteriophage-like behavior.

I'm not arguing that the pharmacy was doing the right thing, I applaud both Tysons in this case. But COVID-19 is not a parasitic infection, it's a virus. Bacteriophages don't really have anything to do with parasitic infections. Am I wrong?

Years ago Dr Hulda Clark in her book The Cause of All Disease argued that parasites were the hidden dirty little secret of the medical profession. Wherever they get established and infested (which can be just about anywhere in the body .. but usually organs) infections are generated leading to general disease and called 'x', 'y', or 'z' depending on which body organ or system is involved. She said treat for parasites and kill them and the body can recover and heal itself from the 'x', 'y', or 'z' disease. While everyone knows about PORK!! and to cook it well the truth is you can get parasites from any other animal meat, as well as walking barefoot on the ground, working barehanded in the garden, off of unwashed vegetables etc.

The truth is that wherever you have disease you have parasites. Whether they are always *causative* or not (or just opportunistic) may not always be clear but once they are established they are a huge drain on the body's ability to fight off any disease they're involved with. And getting rid of them to start with is relatively easy ... and very cheap.

Yeah, you are, One example that comes to mind is Flagyl, which treats urinary tract infections in women (bacterial), is also used to treat amebas (parasitic). I won't go into how I know that, but it was from personal experience.

They are arguing that the intestinal bacteria+covid become classified as parasites. Technically in a by definition sense it's likely accurate. Definitely an atypical usage of the term (although there are bacterial parasites, some can gain virulence by bacterial phage.)

I'm not an expert on parasites - so just my opinion. I agree it's a stretch, but medico-legally accurate.

Try reading the letter again, esp paragraphs 2, 3, &6. Decision how to use an admitted med is up to prescribing doc, not the FDA or pharmacy. Paragraph 6 gives a glimpse of Ivermectin's success against COVID, and 15 min research will show you a ton more. Whatever happened to right-to-try?

That wasn't what my comment was about. I was just wondering about the statement that COVID-19 is a parasitic infection.

I'm not questioning the effectiveness of ivermectin.

Wow, someone actually found a f##king lawyer to represent them concerning anything to do with Covid. Up until this point, the gutless lawyers have been as bad or worse then 99% of the useless physicians.

Thanks for this info. I’m in need of an attorney to consult with about the unenforceable indoor mask ‘guidance’ that stores are attempting to enforce at the moment in CA.This week I was in an Independent Bookstore, Warwick’s, that ironically, is in the same town that Dr. Tyson’s attorney practices in La Jolla, CA, with 4 other women. The owner of the store, Nancy Warwick, called the police on us because we would not put on a mask in the store and we would not leave because we wanted to shop without having to wear a face covering.

I suggest Attorney Michael Curran who is in the San Diego area I believe and has appeared on KUSI NEWS. On December 14, 2021 he states that the mandate “is not an order at all, it is a memo, a ruse, a feint, “ that is legally unenforceable, warning that the state government is trying to manipulate the citizens. (Copied from the KUSI Newsroom site. )
