"If you have:

1. A lot of followers

2. Have a relatively neutral following (i.e., “normal people”)"

I kind of had to laugh, because not only would have a paltry following if I bothered with social media, but my relatively small coterie of real-life friends are wildly abnormal (in the strict statistical sense). How do I know this? Because like me, they believe people like you, and are therefore widely banned, shunned, or given the hairy eyeball in most places if we're honest with regular folxes and theys.

I also have a few friends that are abnormal because they were jabbed and have brain fog all the damned time, living life almost as if permanently hung over and unfocused and irritable. This symptom or symptom-group is definitely "a thing."

So-called "normal people" is an idea the leftists use to negate any opinion they disagree with or facts that destroy their lies. I don't think Steve intended it that way, but it is residue from his previous leftist leanings which he was brave enough to walk away from.

Those who have a large neutral audience would be unlikely to rock the boat, no?

They would tend to shun controversial issues.
