Come on you guys--Steve is just showing the absurdity of wearing any such face covering by giving examples of the lengths and expense one would have to go to just to be "safe". The other point is that since no one was wearing any of these contraptions during the past two years, everyone was always "unsafe", so true mask believers may as well drop their pretenses. He did the same thing at the Ron Johnson hearing. If he were trying to promote these, he would be wearing them, but he's not. Folks, there are justified reasons to wear a mask.
If you are in very poor health and cannot afford being exposed to another's germs, for whatever reason, it would behoove you to wear a mask - one that works, on a limited basis, if around a bunch of people you do not know.
If I had TB or thought I had it, I would wear a mask around others if I could not avoid them.
If I had Hepatitis and a busted lip, I would take steps to contain my germs.
I would expect the same from others.
If you find yourself in a situation where, well, lets say you are in a country where people do their business in the streets, like, Oh NO!, America, as in California, and this dried material has mixed with the dust and blows around in the wind, and you are not accustomed to it, you may want to wear a mask.
LOL. No way in hell am I going to wear one of those for what is essentially a little more contagious type of flu virus. As a non-obese pureblood who has survived the China Virus I will continue to take my chances breathing without a virtue signaling facial apparatus.
Steve, I was on vacation and missed seeing this when you first posted it. My first question is, "have you lost your mind?" Or, did you get a free crack pipe? I have lived on this earth for 64 years and the absurdity I have witnessed over the last two plus years continues to boggle my brain.
If and when I leave this earth it is up to my God. Not anything else nor anyone else. I am going to enjoy my time on this earth. God created it, and he controls it. Right down to the evil we are witnessing. I strongly believe everything is happening for a reason. I have an advantage, I am not afraid to die. Those that are haven't a clue how to live.
Even if you could make a mask that filtered out all deadly bacteria or virus, to believe humans would benefit from wearing them is Fauci talk. I think my grand mother had it right when she said kids needed to eat a peck of dirt before they die to build and maintain immune system.
