The deadline for submitting a 90 second video is Tues, Sep 13, 2022. So you have just 4 days.
They are back trying to control the pandemic response again.

They are only accepting 90 second video comments.
You can pre-record your video in mp4 format and upload it or record it in their tool.
You’ll also need a transcript of your video (doesn’t have to be exact)/

Here’s the video I submitted to the WHO. I suggest no more than 3 main points. I had one main point: stop censoring scientists and doctors.
Speaking of videos I think it would be great to put together a half hour presentation that Steve Kirsch has already done - he's done that plenty of times now. Or make a new one.
Vaccine Safety Research Foundation could then run it as an paid infomercial on TV channels. If you think "nobody" will play it at least Real America's Voice will and they have some paid infomercial time. Besides, you never know who will play it until you have it ready and try.
It could be funded by crowd-funding - then just play it as much as it is paid for. I think a lot of people would chip in for that.
I have a contact I trust who works for the WHO. About 6 months ago they shared a few documents with me outlining the WHO's plans to produce/distribute vaccines in South America, and it was very clear from the documents wording that they were planning to prolong the pandemic for a long time there and had already invested in the infrastructure to, so we both concluded any claims the WHO had that they were pulling back were not sincere and would prove to be temporary.
