great insights. but this isn't a pfizer project. it's a dept. of defense project. pfizer is merely a defense contractor selling a "prototype" under the rubric of "other transaction authority"

My original understanding was that putting DOD in charge of the original interagency team was a reflection of the early 2020 invocation of the Defense Production act to get more ventilators etc. I didnтАЩt think much of it at the time because FDA is well known to be slow as molasses on public policy while the department of commerce is ineffective. Maybe continuing under the DPA was just the camouflage/convenient legal cover? Wonder, was the DPA ever mentioned in the WEF pre 2020 planning for vaccines?

Why? Because they have a duty to maximize shareholders' profits? See Exodus 23:2 (Maimonides or someone changed that to decide by majority, I suppose of the stockholders' meeting.)
