There cannot decision not to investigate murder, just because people sent mails. Tht is utter nonsense. Either they want to investigate murder. Or not. Mails don't change that.
Before I put any stock into this filed police report I would have to read the complaint. I highly doubt the case will be assigned to a detective, and if it is it will likely be left sitting until they decide to close it without conducting an investigation. Murder is a high bar as malicious intent is one of the elements. There is second degree murder, which is engaging in an act that is so reckless while knowing that death would be the likely outcome if the act is undertaken or continues. There are also the various forms of manslaughter. I believe that for some people like Dr. Fauci and the politicians, doctors and scientists at pharma, the FDA, NIH, and CDC, those charges very well may apply.
If she is serious, she would circulate the copy of the complaint. Just as the very serious folks did in the UK. That one was an extensive, well researched, heavily documented and fantastically long complaint. The Sonoma complaint and the person discussing it seems like a lone person, and I don't care for the gushy language in which it is framed as presented to the world. Is it bait, doomed to fail? Or just a well meaning person doing damage by not doing something right and doing it collaboratively?
