Well it should come as a surprise because it's fairly typical of all these "died suddenly" cases.
A few days ago Kirsch tweeted a link to a news story and wrote "7 dead, dozens injured when Mississippi bus overturns. Could be COVID vaccine related, but hard to tell." (x.com/stkirsch/status/1…)

But another article about the same story said that the bus experienced a tire failure: "Seven Mexican travelers were killed and dozens of other people injured early Saturday when a commercial passenger bus headed for Mexico experienced tire failure and rolled over off a highway east of Vicksburg, Mississippi, officials said."
