The US government cannot silence people who disagree with them in America unless they amend the US Constitution first. That hasn't happened the last time I checked.
Consider the Institute for Justice, and Emord and Associates (Jonathan Emord). Jonathan Emord won three cases against the FDA in Circuit Court for violations of the First Amendment regarding "commercial" speech..
This is absolutely an international wrong.There is more than attorneys fees they owe. They owe complete cessation of the wrongful act of censorship and persecution INTERNATIONALLY, as well as complete international reparations... which means compensation, apology that does not embarrass the wrongdoers but gets the word out they agree they were wrong and assurances of non repetition.
I have never posted and will not do so very often. However, I came across this quote from Winston Churchill given in a speech to his alma mater, Harrow School in October 1941. This needs to be true for us today.

I saw an embalmer interview now who said he got a few letters in a context of a survey he did with surveymonkey where they say they saw ZERO white clots when all the others say 50-80% i believe since middle 2021 in all corpses. The 50-80% were way more....BTW I think they said 80%.

It's an "independent regulatory agency", one of many that were created in the 20th century in order to oversee and regulate areas of our US world that neither the Congress nor the Executive Branch has the expertise or time for. The may fall under the Executive Branch, but they are departments of the US Government, and their employees are federal employees. So they cannot exempt themselves from the Constitution. Yet, de facto, the Constitution is being undermined every day from all quarters it seems.

Is the CDC a branch of govt. or a semi-independent agency? Maybe it is not covered by the 1A.
