The whole point of making the offer is to force a debate so we can finally find out who is telling the truth. If the cdc accepts that would be amazing. We need to make sure there is no reason that any intelligent rational person could refuse our offer. If they refuse our very reasonable offer, they look VERY bad. It would drive trust in the CDC even lower. If they accept, then everyone wins because we will expose who is telling the truth. In short, no matter what they do, we win.
