VAERS mainly contains temporal relationships between a vaccine and an AE. I haven’t run a report lately to see what percent of reports would qualify as “temporal” (based on vaccine date and AE onset date) but I believe it’s the majority. We saw that same effect in the Medicare and Medicaid database, when there wasn't the underreporting factor - the people seemed to be immortal for 14 days.
You are correct in questioning the claim of a Healthy Vaccinee Effect. The main reason for the misleading slide presented to ACIP is the VAERS Underreporting factor of 26. You can immediately see that if you multiply those histogram bars by 26 you get a ratio of more than one for vaccinee deaths to background deaths.
It’s hard for committees to see clearly through the fog of all that money. Even people not connected with the profit end of things were oddly susceptible to the hand waving. Terrence Tao mentioned the 95% efficacy on his blog during the crisis. In a positive way. His math is better than mine, but I do my own math for everything that concerns my family’s life.

I recently saw a video where Dr. McCullough said that they studied autopsies of people who died shortly after they got the vaxx, and it was confirmed that 73.9% of those deaths were caused by the vaxx. We need a statement from him.
How is it possible, on Gods green Earth, that every vaccine vile doesn't simply have a UPC code the Doctor freaking scans the code and types in the name and address of the person they are administering the vaccine to , and with that scan, the administered vaccine gets sent automatically to an impartial monitoring group; OK , now we know this person received this vaccine on this day.
And then the doctor also hands the patient a card with a QR code , they are instructed to keep this card in their wallet, and in the event of a death police scan the QR code and report the death to the same monitoring group.
The death let me say it again gets reported to an independent monitoring group not to vaers because Vaers is not independent ; we can't have the CDC, which is basically nothing more than a public relations firm for a pharmaceutical industry so allowing them to do the monitoring is insane.
The idea that all this the monitoring is left up to doctors that are not interested in taking the time to send it in or the conflict of interest with their connections to big pharma . It's it's ridiculous. It has to be automatic all this reporting has to be automatic and it's way too easy to do that. It must happen.
Your suggestion would only prevent manipulation of VAERS data for fatalities, but VAERS is not just for fatalities, it is also intended for detecting trends in non lethal adverse events. I consider VAERS to be potentially very useful, but the problem is that most doctors have either the time or the inclination to submit reports to it. Maybe if doctors were compensated for submitting reports the underreporting factor would be reduced by an order of magnitude.
Because then the proof would be there, and they would be caught, and can't jab us anymore. So, they stop any efforts like this.
