Building the immune system won't necessarily help. Vaccines do that, but misdirect it. I'm not one of the lucky 0.26% unvaccinated. They cause allergies and autoimmunities such as asthma. Bronchitis from original covid strain nearly killed me, and asthma contributed to that. Why do you think immunosuppressive corticosteroids reduce covid mortality?
