Im sure quite a few suits will be filed by us and our partners if they vote yes - it will be similar to a class action as a group of stakeholders that are affected by the unlawful policies they decide with no due process - we are defenseless as a group right - they just ignore us all - and that almost always is how to win against this type of imbalance of power!
Building a record is how to win in court - we are setting them all up to default on a series of presumptions we made (backed by evidence) which then become settled fact if they cant refute our presumptions with their own genuine evidence... Such as the PCR test is useless... IHR amendments unnecessary, unreasonable, disproportionate... etc
There is basically an administrative process occurring with the petitions that creates a record of correspondence and settled facts that can be hauled into court. - All the petitions are both notice and demands - but also our EVIDENCE of peoples wishes & of legal presumptions that will help us all win later! All the civil society groups are joining forces and all storing everyones evidence - its a monumental effort shared across the board, a global record if you will!
