Looking at published medical literature, it was easy to find at least 4 major hospitals in Japan routinely using ivermectin to treat COVID-19 (not in a clinical trial).

Fukushima Medical University, University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Yokohama Municipal Citizen's Hospital and Osaka Habikino Medical Center all use ivermectin. This makes it clear that ivermectin is commonly used in Japanese hospitals to treat COVID-19.

Unlike Japan, most people in the US have to go to court to get ivermectin.

NCBI - both articles show uses of multiple treatments and iverm3ctn, not IVM alone.

Euro articles - both do not mention IVM.

Here's much better although still not perfect info I found from my searching:

Vinu corrected me to review the Euro links - you have to open the full article, a little lower down the original link. Each article mentions IVM once and again IVM is only used as a part even a small part of the overall therapy.

Ignore the "writing" dog named 'einsteins dog' comments. It'll only make him howl more. 😂

Not sure if you opened the full text in the Euro articles. You will find IVM there.
