Thank you, Steve, for everything you're doing to bring attention to these deaths. I have been investigating the sudden death of a 14-year-old girl in South Carolina two weekends ago. The GoFundMe for her funeral expenses describes what sounds like acute leukemia. I have tried to get additional information, including her vaccination status, but no luck so far. I spoke to the coroner's office and, while they could give me no specific details about this child's case (due to privacy concerns), they confirmed that acute leukemia is extremely rare. Essentially, as in this child's case, there is no warning. A perfectly healthy child has a cold or runs a fever for a few days, then suddenly can't breathe, is rushed to the hospital, and dies soon after. Will this be our new normal? I have no idea. But we need to be tracking it closely, and right now, that seems very difficult to do. Nobody wants to talk. I hate to say it, but I think we're going to need some ambulance chasers, who can show up at these children's funerals and try to get some answers.
