We can't depend on the US Supreme Court to figure this out
SCOTUS is not a court that finds fact; they just opine on the law. Good thing we don't depend on them for finding the facts.
Check out this article:
During oral arguments on the Biden administration's mandate on private businesses for employees to be either vaccinated or frequently tested, Sotomayor drastically overstated the number of young people who have fallen severely ill from coronavirus.
"We have hospitals that are almost at full capacity with people severely ill on ventilators. We have over 100,000 children, which we've never had before, in serious condition, many on ventilators," she said.
Seriously? Where is Justice Sotomayor getting this information? From The Guardian? Perhaps she missed this tweet explaining cases aren’t hospitalizations.
The bottom line is the fact that a member of the Supreme Court of the United States is a source of COVID misinformation does not inspire confidence in the system of justice.
Perhaps she is trying to get on Biden’s Disinformation Dozen list?
What do you think?
Note that Justice Thomas and Alito took the red pill on this issue. They are both aware that the vaccines cause harm. Alito is not afraid to ask questions about it, despite all the flak he’ll take for daring to ask questions.
I found her comments shocking that vaccinated people cannot transmit the virus. I know over 200 3 shot people with Covid. Mild to severe. Where is she getting her information? Hedge funds? Pharmaceuticals? PR Firms? A cereal box?
I hate to say it, after listening today to the CMS argument, I’ve lost all faith in the third branch, and unfortunately I’m a lawyer. It’s now up to us as individuals to spread truth and not to comply.
