If I feel like helping to provide early abortion services in an effort to prevent late abortions, as you say, including for victims of rape or incest, that should be my choice, and I can set up a foundation to do that if it doesn't already exist. I don't think the government should compel others to do it too. Let's keep government small and personal responsibility big.
