Any thoughts folks, maybe there is a naturopathic doctor on this substack for current best protocols for covid, etc..? I've lost three friends from respiratory issues, most had underlying issues such as cancer which may have been triggered by the covid "vaccines".
I visited this man from a local Bible study on Saturday, and I got notified he died Saturday night, 81 years old. I prayed with him holding his hand. He said he had a "virus". He'd been cycling in to the hospital and back to a rehab facility. Why they did not send him back to the hospital putting him on oxygen and anti-virals is beyond me, and they let him die in the rehab. If I picked up covid, or other variant from a dying man is there any higher level of concern?
I'm feeling the tell tale signs for a fever today; I'm taking Zinc, Quercetin, 100mg niacin, New Chapter multi, Vitamin C, Citrus juices, etc.. I got in a long 8 mile or so hike yesterday and had some quality IPA beer and then cooked around a pound of London Broil steak with organic potatoes and hot sauces.
I think beside the supplements / protocol you have taken, you could add vitamin D3, nasal spray, mouthwash, and Betadine Throat Spray to your protocol. You could use Enovid / Betadine Cold Defence for nasal spray (or the products mentioned in the above website) and use Betadine Throat Spray to help accelerate virus reduction / elimination from your throat since you have fever already.
Adding acetylcysteine (NAC) to your protocol might also help a lot since NAC might be benefical against covid, flu, rsv virus and spike protein.
But please take precautions for any allergic / bad reactions to any of the items mentioned above. Better to consult your healthcare provider first if possible.

An organic mushroom extract powder that Amazon has; "Swedish Bitters" according to the Maria Treben recipe, you can get the herbal combination on Amazon from Germany and get organic vodka and add it to that and shake it until the extract is finished. Fresh squeezed lemon and other citrus, etc.. I wish we could get Ivermectin over the counter but we can't around here. Asymptomatic transmission is highly unlikely and I did not have sniffles or congestion, but did have the tell tale signs of the flu; feeling like crap; lethargy; difficultly sleeping, etc..
