Builders live in the real world. You can find cowboys among them but the best are the salt of the earth as the saying goes. I was a building surveyor and have worked with quite a few over the years.

That's very kind, odd that I also have 4 non vx'd and clued up builders (not helping ,me now) but see them every day almost, working. Blessings.
