Now, an unpredictable delivery truck arrives. Because of the random physics of blood flow, a single liver factory might suddenly get hit with a massive, concentrated influx of artificial instructions (lipid nanoparticles or LNPs).
The already stressed cell is forced to immediately start printing out millions of copies of a highly complex foreign protein it has never seen before. The factory doesn't shut down or self-destruct; it tries to survive by keeping the conveyor belts moving, but its quality-control system completely breaks under the strain.
3. The Flawed Product (Fibrinogen Missing its Alpha Chains)
The primary high-volume product this liver factory is supposed to be making is fibrinogen, a massive blood-clotting protein. Think of native fibrinogen like a heavy-duty tripod made of three perfectly balanced leg chains: Alpha, Beta, and Gamma.
Because the cell's assembly line is chaotic and overwhelmed by the foreign orders, it starts rushing the blueprints. It fails to attach the massive Alpha chains. The factory's broken security gates allow these defective, "two-legged" clotting proteins to leak directly out of the liver and into the bloodstream.
4. The Accidental Blood Clot (Amyloid-Induced Clots)
Normally, the Alpha chain acts as a protective outer shield that keeps fibrinogen floating smoothly and safely through the blood. Fibrinogen missing its Alpha chains is structurally naked, leaving its sticky, water-repelling core completely exposed to the elements.
As these flawed proteins float through the blood vessels, they hit debris or stray fragments. They instantly stick to them, bypassing the body's normal chemical clotting triggers. They collapse together, shifting from a flexible shape into a dense, tightly locked, plastic-like mesh network called an Amyloid-Induced Clot (AIC).

The mechanical stress of the sticky amyloid cluster binding to the endothelial receptors signals the cell's mitochondria to enter panic mode. The endothelium begins blasting out Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) and nitric oxide radical imbalances into the immediate microenvironment.
This localized cloud of oxidative stress acts like an accelerant: it immediately deforms and oxidizes the regular, normally folded proteins passing by in the blood, force-converting them into the amyloid meshwork and expanding the size of the microclot right at the vessel wall.
5. Leukocyte Welding (The Immune Anchor)
The combination of open cellular gaps, mechanical pulling, and oxidative distress triggers the endothelium to throw up emergency molecular flags, such as ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 (adhesion molecules).
These white blood cells deploy their own chemical weapons, emitting Myeloperoxidase (MPO) and Eosinophil Peroxidase (EPO).
This intensive chemical environment creates a localized cross-linking reaction. It effectively "welds" the trapped white blood cells, the damaged vascular lining, and the growing, protease-resistant amyloid microclot together into a permanent, rubbery structural obstruction.

Katalin Kalico and colleagues discovered a way in which mRNA escapes degradation in the body, but they had no idea about the human body's reaction. This mistranslation creates a protein that has never been experienced in human history. Therefore, the human immune system develops to varying degrees of autoimmune disease.
The starting position of mistranslation will probably differ from cell to cell, so there is no way to handle it.

Since that's an entry with a paywall, I would just assume, and I'm not sure where I heard this recently, the reason RFK Jr. is suggesting people get the measles vaccine is that because of the long running institution of the vaccine, almost no one has natural immunity acquired in childhood anymore, including parents, so if a child gets measles and transmits to a parent or other adult, the results can be very serious. When my next young youngest brother and me had mumps when we were like 6-8 years old, maybe around 1956 or 1957, after visiting our father and his second wife, our father came down with mumps. Years later we found out that it was pretty serious, and his testicles swelled up. They thought he was infertile after that, but it turned out at some point later he got a vasectomy, so even though he didn't have children with his wife (they later adopted a child), there may have been a surprise extramarital pregnancy, so maybe the infertility was not necessarily fully on his part.
I risk imprisonment here in UK if we share this. Which I can't risk being a full time carer. Only my Dad in a large family speak to me because I've been vocal now for 4 years now about this. I'm not in the medical profession but studied biology to degree level and I read initially that these were the first Vaccines to use HEK293. So that was my red alert to tell everyone I knew. The first 3 variants clearly targeted different ethnic groups so any comparisons between ethnically different countries without consideration of this confounder will show great variances and cause deliberate confusion and mistrust. The vaccines were the cherry on the bioweapon cake.

This intensive chemical environment creates a localized cross-linking reaction. It effectively "welds" the trapped white blood cells, the damaged vascular lining, and the growing, protease-resistant amyloid microclot together into a permanent, rubbery structural obstruction.
The Downstream Structural Outcome
Instead of the clot sitting in the middle of the bloodstream as a free-floating particle, the vascular lining itself becomes the structural foundation for the clot's growth. I know a LOT of people who died after the shots of: cancer, heart problems, embolism, stroke, leukemia.
Others developed those problems & are still alive but still ill.
Others got shingles or other autoimmune disease. Some had miscarriages or premature babies.
FAR more death & illness in my circle since 2021 than before.

So much focus, and rightly so, on the mRNA vaccines. However, many of us (~10%) got the J&J (Ad26) viral vector shot and not the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna shots.
Steve - any data about that small subset of J&J vaccine recipients? I've read (fall 2024) that the J&J vaccine actually improved all cause mortality (but cannot find it now using google).

No studies have investigated the fundamental question of whether to give or not.

My opinions below:
Katalin Kalico and colleagues discovered a way in which mRNA escapes degradation in the body, but they had no idea about the human body's reaction. This mistranslation creates a protein that has never been experienced in human history. Therefore, the human immune system develops to varying degrees of autoimmune disease.
The starting position of mistranslation will probably differ from cell to cell, so there is no way to handle it.
The obvious reason why you´re right is that SARS-COVID-2 simply doesn´t exist.
The link to the CBS interview with RFK Jr. can't be found. Since that's an entry with a paywall, I would just assume, and I'm not sure where I heard this recently, the reason RFK Jr. is suggesting people get the measles vaccine is that because of the long running institution of the vaccine, almost no one has natural immunity acquired in childhood anymore, including parents, so if a child gets measles and transmits to a parent or other adult, the results can be very serious. When my next young youngest brother and me had mumps when we were like 6-8 years old, maybe around 1956 or 1957, after visiting our father and his second wife, our father came down with mumps. Years later we found out that it was pretty serious, and his testicles swelled up. They thought he was infertile after that, but it turned out at some point later he got a vasectomy, so even though he didn't have children with his wife (they later adopted a child), there may have been a surprise extramarital pregnancy, so maybe the infertility was not necessarily fully on his part.
I risk imprisonment here in UK if we share this. Which I can't risk being a full time carer. Only my Dad in a large family speak to me because I've been vocal now for 4 years now about this. I'm not in the medical profession but studied biology to degree level and I read initially that these were the first Vaccines to use HEK293. So that was my red alert to tell everyone I knew. I was ostracised & mocked. People are damaged, very ill and recently died suddenly. Here where I live in England they are still having Covid jab clinics and injecting children at school.
