Here’s an email I sent to Sara Cody today and I will follow up at the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors meeting at 1pm on Tuesday:
Please will you continue to highlight that here in Canada the unvaxxed cannot board a plane or a train?! The hypocrisy Prasad points out re: vax passports is next level here. Constitutionally protected mobility rights are being trampled over a vax that does not prevent transmission.
It's not just public health officials that broke the "social contract." Rank and file doctors and nurses did, too. Many went way beyond antisocial to malpractice and criminal assault. Some will be redeemed, some will not. Two important questions are, how will they be judged, and by whom, and how will we prevent relapse. Significant reforms will be needed for the medical profession.
