I've had a lot of people I work with say they think vaccines are the greatest thing ever, the most important thing for ending the pandemic and say they have a great deal of contempt for their patients who won't vaccinate or believe the fake news about vaccines.
The majority of my bosses and supervisors have been like this so I never brought it up to them.
I've had some people above me I've gently raised the subject with, and said either:
-I get that you're in a tough position with all of this, but I just thought you should know some people at our worksite have been severely injured and the reason they left their job was due vaccine complications but they never told anyone for fear of retaliation (to people legally required to maintain confidentiality) and they said ok thank you for telling us.
or
I've lightly raised some reasons I feel hesitant to get the vaccine and was told they strongly disagreed with my position and I was not to bring it up to other people I worked with.
I've also had people above me and co-workers I could tell feel the same way and over time I gently opened up a discussion at which point they felt comfortable openly discussing it.
However, I have noticed over time a lot of people I thought were die hard zealots for vaccines have flipped on this one and I think within a few years a lot of people in the medical field will claim they were always opposed to this (when they weren't).

Thanks, AMD. I'm sorry you're in this shitty position.
The people who deny this in a few years will not be forgotten. Nor will their crimes. We are ravenous for justice.
