It seems that it almost requires an act of God to have any public figure to listen to you! Thankfully, MP Andrew Bridgen in the UK, and Senator Ron Johnson are listening!

I think they aren’t being withdrawn because they are not legally considered medical products or pharmaceuticals or biologics.
If you follow Katherine Watts or Sasha Latipova, they have uncovered the laws that have been enacted over the years in the US to create a way for the DOD and HHS to deploy biological countermeasures on the population without any formal regulation at all. As long as we continue in a declared state of emergency, they will continue deploying these countermeasures that are completely free from any regulatory checks or standards.
So bottom line, it appears that the “vaccines” are violating all sorts of FDA regulations, however, they are actually not. The FDA and CDC and the NIH are not regulating them in any way. They are actually promoting them. Moderna is partially owned by the NIH, thus the NIH is profiting off of them. It’s the DOD and HHS responsible for them continuing to be injected into the arms of citizens and neither of them follow any regulations for pharmaceuticals, nor are they responsible for any deaths or harms incurred.

There are different types of emergencies. The HHS can declares states of emergencies for health emergencies and we are currently in a covid emergency until the end of 2024. We are also in a Marburg and Ebola state of emergency until the end of 2028..
