Concerning Informed Consent, essentially what that means is that BEFORE a person is injected with a vaccine, they need to be given information about the risks and benefits of the vaccine. This is per the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act of 1986. What the doctor in the video stated is that the Obama administration changed the law about Informed Consent under Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) in 2016. They eliminated the requirement of Informed Consent. Put another way, since the Covid vaccines were being used under emergency conditions, the government was not obligated to tell people about the risks or benefits in advance. As we now know, these “vaccines” are not only risky, but can also be deadly. I appreciate your kind words about my daughter. They give me yet another thought to hold on to. Annette
