I will never understand why pregnant women let that stuff be injected into their bodies. I guess the only answer is that, sadly, the fear porn works. When I was pregnant at age 18 (so, I really knew nothing about much of anything), I never took a sip of beer, or even one baby aspirin. Why? Because it was UNKNOWN/UNPROVEN to me, if those things might harm my unborn child. Whatever happened to ‘better safe than sorry’? I wonder if anyone knows if the physicians who recommend this injection to their pregnant patients, also recommend it for their own pregnant wives?
Until the day my niece delivered, the OB was wearing her out to take the vaccine- in Midland, Texas! She refused through the entire pregnancy and I am so proud of her. Her little town in the middle-of-nowhere is 100% unvaccinated.
Yes there is 'messaging'/marketing to women (and healthcare workers), that "the risk from COVID is much higher than from the shots..." which clearly is a false statement.

Thank goodness she didn’t give in. It’s a sad world, where we can no longer trust most of our doctors.
