Steve, with the exception of the Berenson case, virtually every other case has been dismissed on Section 230 grounds which say that Twatter can do whatever they want whenever they want. And Berenson only got contractual violation claims because Twatter had sent him a note that his site was fine before taking him down. That gave him a chance to convince the judge to allow discovery on that claim alone. That terrified Twatter so they settled.

It would be wonderful if you could get discovery. But you had better look at the litter field of failed attempts to get past 230 before wasting your money.
