I was a Kaiser medical assistant until 1/10/22. I just lost my job due to the vaccine mandates.

My religious exemption was approved on 9/28/21 then revoked 11/30/202 without warning and no appeal per HR. I was put on unpaid leave 12/4/22 and fired on 1/10/22. I am still without UE, I have an appointment with EDD on 3/11/22.

I am one of 1400 Kaiser Ca employees who has filed a tort lawsuit with Watkins & Letosky for religious discrimination. Somehow Kaiser has keep this out of the news. I am sitting home healthy while Kasier lets vaccinated Covid positive workers come back to work due to staff shortage!

I am an RN working in SCC. I was told I would be put on unpaid leave on January 25th. Prior to this, I had an approved Religious Exemption. I have since been told I will be allowed to work. I must wear an N95, which I had already been doing . I must test twice weekly, which I had already been doing. What is new, is that I cannot eat in the lunchroom or in the cafeteria. At least 4 RN's on my unit have come down with CV19. At least 3 of those were vaxxed and two were boosted. I wonder when they will send me my armband? Whatever comes, I will not take these ineffective and unsafe injections. Hold the line patriots! Americans do not kneel to tyrants.
