I know several people whom wear 33 jewels & or a tattoo. My understanding is it’s there belief in the teachings of Jesus during the 33 years life he lived. Not to be confused with the dark side of 33. I grew up in an inverted cult home. Russel has truly grown imho. Plus he’s a 12 stepper which I relate to deeply--respect

Rationalizing is allowing one to use logic. Logic can be deceptive.

This individual had not identified himself as a part of one who is a follower of Jesus the Son of the Natural God.
He however is associates with many followers of a different path, who use these symbols...
Again, one is NOT to use symbols...

The powers did try to shame him... (which is their way) so he may be upsetting their apple cart a bit, a tiny bit....
