No. I very much care about the poor. I believe we all have a responsibility to take care of the needy in our own communities and have studied government programs meant to “help” the poor and know that they do exactly the opposite. Kennedy understands this issue in other areas, but, inexplicably, still believes government is the solution to many of our problems. It’s not. We are the solution.
